Kaleidoscope Camp

Our staff of early childhood professionals is assisted by college and high school students, providing a low staff:child ratio. Placement of Workreation participants in our groups also increases the individual attention available to each child. Camp Kaleidoscope and Preschool Adventures are in session from 9 AM – 12:30 PM Monday through Friday. Session lengths vary and a weekly option is available if space permits. Both Camps are located in the Harvey Wheeler Community Center in West Concord in fully equipped classroom space. Children have access to a wide array of manipulatives, blocks, dramatic play and art materials. The children ride a bus to the Hunt Recreation Center for swim and tennis lessons.

Camp Kaleidoscope is a half day camp offered to children entering kindergarten and first grade in the Fall 2012. The program offers a daily swim lessons at the Hunt Recreation Center pool and twice weekly tennis lessons. Our program offers a morning full of arts and crafts, science, sports and games, cooking and other activities. All children bring a daily snack. Each child receives a camp bag and t-shirt.
