Drop Off And Pick Up Policies

Drop-off & Pick-up Policy-Full Day Camp-Hunt

Drop Off:

• Drop-off time begins at 8:50 am. Camp begins at 9:00 am
• Campers are to be dropped off at the Hunt Recreation Center side lawn on Hubbard St.
• Due to safety reasons drop-off on Stow St. in not permissible
• Staff will be waiting on the side lawn ready to greet and assist your children
• If you desire to escort your child into the building, please note that parking is limited

Pick Up:

• Pick-up time begins at 3:55 pm
• Children are to be picked up on the Hunt Recreation Center side lawn on Hubbard St.
• Staff will be on the side lawn to escort children to the car, please remain in car
• For the safety of the children there is NO PICK UP ALLOWED from Stow St.
• Children that have not been picked up by 4:05 will be escorted to Extended Day

Pick-up Policy-Summer at Alcott

• Pick-up time begins at 4:10 pm
• Children are to be picked up at Alcott
• Staff will escort children to the car, please remain in car
• Children that have not been picked up by 4:15 pm will be escorted to Extended Day
