Lil Karate

Lil' Karate is a great way for students to become physically fit and have fun while learning the basics of karate. In class, the students will practice many different punches, kicks and blocks while also learning about stranger danger.  In addition they will learn self discipline, focus, confidence, and respect toward each other and their instructor. Lil' Karate is instructed by Talor Waintrup, 2nd Degree Black Belt.
