Have fun while working out and improving your core strength while hula hooping. Hula hooping helps whittle your middle and burns calories. This class will give you a full body workout and focuses on how to engage your core while performing all of the exercises, we will be working the upper body using Dumbbells and other equipment. All level of hoopers are welcome including parents and their kids of all ages!
