Pilates-Yoga Combo

This one hour class combines Pilates and yoga-based exercises to strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize your core muscles. Emphasizing balance and flexibility, the work will focus on increasing your overall energy, strength, and endurance. You'll feel more fluid, balanced, and able to tackle daily stressors in a calmer way.
