Lunch Time Muscle Tone

Did you know that muscle conditioning, along with cardio and flexibility, is one of the three components of exercise? This 30 minute muscle conditioning class will help you achieve a healthy body by working all the major muscle groups and more. We will be using free weights, your own body weight and other props to help you tone your body.
