Gentle Yoga

This class is a noncompetitive, health-enhancing exercise easily tailored to a wide variety of physical needs, abilities, and/or limitations. Classes include guided stretching, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques. Practicing yoga can help relieve stress, improve posture, flexibility, and overall fitness while you become more in touch with your body.
