Current Group Fitness ScheduleThe Beede Swim and Fitness Center offers complimentary fitness and aquatics orientation to anyone that is interested in seeing our facility and learning about all that a membership can offer. Our trained staff can create a customized training program to help you achieve all of your fitness goals. We also offer expert personal training. Our qualified and friendly trainers can help you fast-track your fitness results and stay motivated with a dedicated training partner.

Beede Swim and Fitness Center
Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center has a comprehensive range of weight resistance machines and free weights plus more than 20 pieces of cardio equipment with built in TV monitors. Every member receives a free equipment orientation and workout plan from one of our certified trainers. Many group fitness classes are held offsite in one of our other facilities, the 105 Everett Yoga Studios and the Hunt Recreation Center.
Beede Center Personal TrainingThe Beede Center offers affordable personal training and body composition testing.
Hunt Recreation Group FitnessConcord Recreation offers a large variety of group classes held at 90 Stow St. Hunt Gym and 105 Everett St. Studios. Beede members receive a discount on classes; non–members are welcome as well. Classes are taught by our certified and experienced instructors include several varieties of yoga, Pilates mat and private Pilates reformer training, stability ball, small group personal training, cardio mix and boot camp.

Drop Ins Welcome
All group fitness programs welcome drop-in participation, so long as there is room in the class. Drop in fees must be paid at the time of the program.
Hour Long Classes: $15
1/2 Hour Long Classes: $8
