WHO: Any member of the Beede Center can participate.
WHAT: You will have access to all exercise equipment including Treadmills, Recumbent Bikes, Upright Bikes, and the Lap Pool.
WHEN: This is a 6 week cumulative Triathlon. Starting Monday, March, 26th, 2018through Sunday May 6th, 2018.
WHERE: All exercises are conducted right here in the BeedeCenter.
WHY: Because you want to challenge yourself and have fun.
HOW: There are four options of distances for you to try. TheSprint Triathlon, The Olympic Triathlon, The Half IronMan®, and The Iron Man ®.
You may choose to do just one triathlon or challenge yourself to do as many as you can in the six week period.
It’s as easy as Ready!, Set!, Go!!!
1. Just register on the sheet at the bulletin board in theCardio Room.
2. Wait for March 26th to begin your challenge.
3. Choose your Distance (s) and complete the Swim,Cycle and Run requirements. (You have 6 weeks to complete 1 triathlon distance or all 4 distances)
4. Track your progress on your Triathlon Log. (Will be available on March 26th.)
5. Then punch your card at the front desk as you complete each event.
